If you lose the card, you can request assistance from a SAMS facility to obtain your card information after providing the facility with your personal information.2 – Login using the card code and password:If you previously set up a password on the card, you can log in using your card number and password.
If you forget the password, you can also visit one of the SAMS facilities to reset your password after providing the facility with your personal information.SAMS recommends that users of the “SAMS Health Portal” application follow the following instructions:1- Use the correct data when registering.2 - Obtain a beneficiary card from the nearest health facility supported by SAMS.3- You must use a valid phone number when booking based on it.4- Each beneficiary must have one account.
